Which Disc Molds are Used?

Modified on Mon, 22 Jul at 11:20 AM

To select which mold you prefer on the pre-order page:

1. Select your preferred "Disc Type" (Distance Driver, Fairway Driver, Midrange, Putter)

2. Update the desired "Quantity"

3. Click "Add to Cart"

4. Check out

TechDisc measures your throwing motion and the release angle of the disc, not the disc's actual flight. The specific disc itself doesn't affect the data collected.

The sensor works the same way for all disc types. Think of the disc as an interface for your hand. You can throw a TechDisc distance driver, take those metrics and use the TechDisc software to simulate the flight of a fairway driver, putter, or any other disc you prefer.

We strive to choose neutral-feeling discs in each category that are comfortable for most throwers.

For the July build the molds used will be:

Distance drivers: ESP Force, Star Destroyer

Fairway drivers: ESP Undertaker, Star Teebird3

    Midrange: ESP Buzzz

    Putter: Star Aviar

We do not currently offer custom molds choices, though we may expand the options in the future.
