Can Another Person Use My Techdisc on a Separate Account?

Yes, as of now, TechDiscs are not tied to a single user account. This means anyone can use your TechDisc to upload throws to their own account. They'll simply need to log in or create a new account on the app before throwing.


While anyone can use your TechDisc, your throw data and simulations remain safely isolated in your individual account. So, even if someone else throws with your disc, they won't see or modify your saved data or simulations.


Separating throws on the same account with Tags:

 

For throws shared on the same login account, you can easily differentiate between users with the helpful "Tags" feature. Here's how:


  1. Add a Tag: Click the magnifying glass with the "+" sign to create a new tag. This could be a person's name, throw type, or any other helpful identifier.
  2. Assign the Tag: After a throw, tap the tag you want associated with it.
  3. Lock the Tag (Optional): To automatically apply the chosen tag to subsequent throws, select it and tap the lock icon in the top right.
