Create Preset Discs - Android App

Android TechDisc App 

• Open the TechDisc iOS app and ensure your TechDisc is connected.
  
  

• Tap the "Connected " button to open the disc menu.
  
  

• Tap "Flight Numbers" to expand the preset flight numbers.
  
  

• Scroll to the left and tap the icon to create a new preset.
  
  

• Enter a custom preset name.

  
  

• Adjust the sliders to match flight numbers for your disc and tap "Save."
  
  Note: Disc golf manufacturers' flight ratings, particularly the glide rating (second number), often underestimate the true glide of slower speed discs. For example, a putter rated with a glide of 3 may behave more like a 5 or 6 in actual flight, due to factors not fully captured in manufacturer ratings. Consider adjusting glide values in your TechDisc presets accordingly for more accurate simulation results. Remember to experiment to find the settings that best match your real-life experience.
