Guest Login is a feature built for businesses on our Commercial Premium Tier. This feature allows guests of businesses with simulators to come in, experience all the benefits of a Premium account, and have all those throws transfers to their own personal TechDisc account.
To start, go to techdisc.com and click on the store's account icon. This will drop down a menu. Click on Guest Login.
This will generate a unique code for your guest to use. The guest will need to input this code into their app to connect.
In the app, the customer will select their account settings dropdown and select Guest Login.
From there, they will insert the session generated code into the box and click Confirm.
Once connected, use the Extend (+5M) to allot the proper amount of time for the thrower.
The customer now has access to all the features on your Premium Store Account while getting all their throws copied over to their TechDisc account. Pro Tip: Use an automatic video capture device so that your customer can take home all the videos of their throws.
