Common TechDisc Error Warnings

Modified on Mon, 31 Mar at 3:56 PM

The following are common error codes seen when throwing the TechDisc. They are displayed in the app with the following symbol.

High Impact - This means your disc has had too rapid of a deceleration. This is caused by the net and not falling to the ground. This means your net is too taut and could result in damaged hardware. Please adjust accordingly.

Close Net - The proximity of the throw to the net may have impacted data accuracy, for best results increase spacing to net.

Low Speed - TechDisc is designed to accurately measure higher speeds.

Rapid Fire - The TechDisc was thrown too quickly from the previous throw. For best results, wait a second or two longer between throws.

Sensor Failure - A sensor within your device has failed, which may be impacting data quality. Please contact support.

Device Disabled - This device has been reported as lost or stolen by its owner. Please contact support.
