Why isn't my TechDisc Charging?

When the TechDisc has a depleted battery, it requires extended charging to display the LED. Similar to a phone at 0% battery, it takes a decent amount of charge before it will turn back on. 


Use a working charger to plug in to the USB-C port of the TechDisc. The LED will show a solid red charging light once it has received enough power to display it. Note: this can take at minimum 30 minutes, but might require a couple of hours to see significant charge.
